TACRAO SPONSORED MEETING or
EVENT REFUND POLICY

As the organization incurs expenses related to the planning and presentation of TACRAO sponsored meetings and events, members who need to cancel registration for any TACRAO sponsored meeting or event shall be responsible for supporting a portion of these expenses.

Refunds of registration fees will be subject to the following refund policy:

• Members who have paid registration fees and cancel their registration by the meeting or event registration deadline will receive a 100% refund.
• Members who have paid their registration fees and cancel after the meeting or event deadline, will receive a 50% refund for cancellations received through the day before the opening day of the meeting or event.
• Member cancellations opening day of the meeting or event and after (once the meeting or event has begun), will receive no refund of registration fees.
