2009 Summer Admissions Workshop
(For New and Seasoned Administrators)
July 23-24, 2009
MTSU’s Foundation House

The 2009 Admissions Workshop will be held July 23-24 at the MTSU Foundation House.  The registration form is attached.  As always, this Summer’s event will consist of a combination of informative sessions as well as an opportunity to network with your state-wide colleagues.  A few of the topics to be discussed this summer include:
·       Diversity Recruitment
·       Improving your Campus Tour
·       Social Networking Tools
·       New Admissions Counselor Tutorial

We’ll also continue the tradition of mixing in plenty of fun and games.  A detailed schedule will be finalized shortly.  Below is some additional information about the workshop:
                       
Location:  MTSU’s Foundation House (304 W. Thompson Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37129) is located next to the Miller Coliseum. For directions visit http://frank.mtsu.edu/~tmc/drive.htm 

Cost: $35 per person (includes lunch on Friday)

Check In:  Thursday, July 23rd 2:00-3:00PM CST (for those only able to attend Friday, check in will be 8:30-9:00AM Fri. Morning)

Finish:  We will be done by 1:30PM CST on Friday

Hotel:  Comfort Suites (226 N. Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129)  Rate is $85 per night.  (please book by July 9 and ask for the TACRAO block)
